We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Commercial Sales Leader to spearhead our growth initiatives in the Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) sector across Asia. This role is pivotal in driving strategic sales efforts, establishing partnerships, and expanding our market presence both in current and new enterprise logos.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the CPaaS sector.
• Have a strong focus on the enterprise P&L for Asia from net new logo to current account growth through the right strategic lens.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their communication needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success across the full funnel.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and optimize the customer journey.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing visibility and brand presence in the region.
