Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise sales experience in public sector across ASEAN
• Deep understanding of government procurement processes and security requirements
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead market entry and expansion across ASEAN public sector markets in Singapore
• Own the full sales cycle for public sector opportunities from outreach to deployment
• Navigate procurement, security, and compliance frameworks for government tech adoption
• Collaborate with policy, product, and GTM teams to define market strategy
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with ministries, agencies, and partners
