Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Public Sector Account Executive to drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI across governments in Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, you will leverage consultative sales expertise and deep understanding of public sector landscapes to grow revenue with ministries, statutory boards, and agencies across ASEAN, navigating procurement and compliance to enable AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise sales experience in public sector markets across ASEAN.
• Deep understanding of government procurement, security, and compliance in Singapore.
• Willingness to travel regularly across ASEAN markets.
• Excellent communication with senior government officials.
• Experience with GovTech or regional digital initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead market entry and expansion across ASEAN public sector markets, engaging ministries and agencies.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to deployment, building long-term partnerships.
• Navigate procurement, security, and compliance frameworks in government tech adoption.
• Collaborate with policy teams to align with national AI strategies and digital government initiatives.
• Design and execute sales strategies tailored to each public sector environment.
• Provide market intelligence to product teams on regional needs and data sovereignty.
• Build relationships with systems integrators and in-country partners.
• Develop playbooks to scale public sector presence across ASEAN.
• Lead the public sector team and share insights across markets.
