Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Public Sector Account Executive in Singapore to drive the adoption of safe AI across ASEAN governments.

You will own the full sales cycle, build strategic partnerships with ministries and agencies, and navigate procurement and security requirements such as GeBIZ and IM8.

Collaborate with GTM, product, policy, and marketing teams to shape market entry strategies and ensure compliance with national AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise sales experience in ASEAN public sector markets.
• Deep understanding of government procurement processes, security requirements, and technology adoption frameworks.
• Proven track record of closing strategic deals in the public sector.
• Experience navigating multiple government stakeholders across ministries and agencies.
• Experience with in-country partners and channel ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills to engage technical teams and senior government officials.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASEAN public sector market entry and expansion, engaging ministries, statutory boards, and government agencies.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to deployment, focusing on long-term partnerships.
• Navigate procurement, security, and compliance frameworks (GeBIZ, IM8) and prioritise markets by opportunity.
• Collaborate with policy teams to align with national AI strategies and digital government initiatives.
• Design and execute sales strategies for public sector environments, meeting revenue targets.
• Provide market intelligence to product teams on regional requirements (data sovereignty, residency, localisation).
• Build relationships with systems integrators and in-country partners across ASEAN.
• Create playbooks to scale Anthropic's public sector presence across regions.
• Lead the public sector team and share insights for cross-market opportunities.
