Your Role:

• You will focus on core business by expanding success with ourCTH portfolio.
• You will create awareness and sales team readiness for our newproducts.
• You will optimize sales channels across ASEAN, collaboratingclosely with business partners.
• You will create new markets and establish reference sites andKey Opinion Leaders.
• You will manage the business: forecast monthly and quarterly aswell as track sales funnel, orders, revenue, market share and manage pricing.
• You will work closely with the ASEAN Diagnostics Imaging teamand ASEAN Varian team to leverage the entire organization for CTH’s success.
• You will be a spokesperson for Photon-counting CT and supportother zones as and when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging,Radiological Sciences, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 -7 years of experiences in Medical Imaging, RadiationOncology, or Healthcare Technology—preferably with CT/MR/Therapy Imaging systems or background as a Radiation Therapist.
• Proven track record in regional business management, productmanagement, or sales leadership across multiple ASEAN markets.
• Strong understanding of CT imaging, oncology workflows, andradiation therapy planning pathways.
• Experience working with advanced imaging systems (CTsimulators, therapy imaging platforms) is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes and market entry dynamics in ASEAN healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with channel management, including distributors and dealers.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region (50-70%).
