Playmakers is a marketing agency specialising in social media content creation, influencer marketing and integrated campaign development for brands across industries.

We’re looking for an Art Director who’s hungry to create great work and help others do the same. You’ll be setting the visual tone for our campaigns – across digital, social, offline and everything in between, while mentoring junior creatives to grow their craft and confidence.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the visual direction for social-led campaigns and brand projects
  • Guide and mentor junior designers and art-based creatives
  • Partner with copywriter and account leads to turn ideas into high quality executions, while ensuring every deliverable looks and feels on-brand and polished
  • Leverage on Gen AI tools and keep the team inspired with new design trends and techniques
What we’re looking for
  • 4 – 5 years in a creative or design role (agency background a plus)
  • A sharp portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, strong craft, as well as short-form videos like reels or motion graphics
  • Up to date in content trends, active in consuming social media across different platforms
  • Strong team player and ability to keep workflow nimble and adaptable based on different project needs
  • Passion for mentoring and nurturing creative talent
