You will drive food quality, service excellence, team performance, and profitability while ensuring brand standards across outlets. You will lead outlet managers, support new initiatives, menu rollouts, and area expansions, and you'll be accountable for area KPIs, budgeting, and labor cost management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in F&B with 3+ years in multi-outlet management.
• Experience leading 3+ outlets concurrently and achieving sales targets.
• Strong P&L budgeting and labour cost control skills.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin advantageous.

Job Summary

Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets within an assigned region, driving food quality, service excellence, team performance, and profitability. Lead outlet managers to deliver consistent brand standards, and support new initiatives, menu rollouts, and outlet openings across the area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient service aligned with brand standards
• Conduct regular outlet visits, with hands‑on involvement during peak hours to identify and resolve operational issues promptly
• Drive best-practice sharing across outlets to close performance gaps between locations
• Own area-level KPIs in sales, profit margin, food cost, labour cost, and customer satisfaction
• Review outlet P&Ls, analyze sales and cost data, and develop revenue growth and cost control strategies
• Develop the annual area budget and outlet performance targets, and track achievement against them
• Create and execute turnaround plans for underperforming outlets
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Outlet Managers, setting clear performance goals and conducting regular performance reviews
• Build a strong talent pipeline by developing assistant managers, supervisors, and shift leads into future Outlet Managers
• Support outlet recruitment, onboarding, training, and rostering to ensure optimal staffing and controlled labour costs
• Foster a positive, high‑performing, customer‑focused culture that improves staff retention
• Implement and enforce SOPs across all outlets to ensure consistency in food quality, hygiene, service, and customer experience
• Conduct regular outlet audits and mystery shopper checks; ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed out
• Ensure all outlets comply with SFA, NEA, fire safety, workplace safety, and HALAL requirements where applicable
• Coordinate with the central kitchen and suppliers to ensure effective ordering, inventory control, and stock management, minimizing wastage and avoiding stock‑outs
• Oversee the handling of customer feedback and complaints to ensure prompt, professional resolution and uphold brand reputation
• Analyze customer reviews and satisfaction data to drive continuous improvement
• Lead or support new outlet openings, including site evaluation support, pre‑opening preparation, staff recruitment and training, and launch operations
• Drive the execution of new menu rollouts, marketing campaigns, and company strategic initiatives across the area
• Act as a brand ambassador by exemplifying company values across all outlets

Required Competencies and Certifications

• Minimum 8 years of F&B experience, including at least 3 years as an Area Manager or in an equivalent multi‑outlet management role, with proven experience managing 3 or more outlets concurrently
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Outlet or Restaurant Manager, with a solid foundation in single‑outlet operations
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and cost targets
• Strong proficiency in P&L analysis, budgeting, rostering, and labour cost control
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory control practices, and familiarity with Singapore’s SFA, NEA, and related regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑team coordination skills, with the ability to execute management direction through Outlet Managers
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose outlet issues and take decisive action
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as business needs demand, including outlet visits during peak periods
• Proficient in English to communicate effectively; Mandarin is advantageous for liaising with Mandarin‑speaking staff and suppliers

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Food Safety Course Level 2 certification or higher
• Experience leading outlet openings or brand expansion
• Experience using POS, inventory, and rostering systems, with strong data reporting and analysis skills
• Background in multi‑outlet chains, central kitchen models, or fast‑paced restaurant environments
