Job summary

Super Bean International Pte Ltd is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee F&B activities across multiple outlets in Singapore. You will drive revenue, profitability, and efficiency targets while developing and executing growth strategies.

You will lead Area and Outlet Managers, implement training programs, monitor market trends, and negotiate with landlords and vendors to sustain growth and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive F&B operations experience.
• At least 3 years in multi-area or regional leadership managing 10+ outlets.
• Strong business acumen with analytics and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail operations across multiple outlets to meet revenue, profitability, and efficiency targets.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans.
• Monitor KPIs and provide strategic recommendations with corrective action plans.
• Drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and productivity while maintaining high service standards.
• Translate senior directives into actionable outcomes for the operations team.

• Lead, coach, and develop Area and Outlet Managers to build leadership bench strength.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive F&B operations experience, including at least 3 years in multi-area or regional leadership managing 10 or more outlets
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence, sales growth, and cost management in a reputable F&B chain
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Management from a recognized institution
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills
• High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
• Inspirational leadership with strong interpersonal skills to influence and motivate teams across multiple levels
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate resilience and adaptability, and willingness to travel frequently as required
