Job summary

NUODLE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Senior Outlet Manager to lead daily F&B operations in Singapore.

You will own performance from service quality to profitability, mentor teams and support new openings. You will drive KPI attainment, ensure food safety, hygiene, and cost controls while delivering exceptional guest experiences and brand standards across shifts. This role requires strong leadership, sharp problem solving, and the ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and P&L with composure

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of F&B experience, with at least 2 years as an Outlet or Restaurant Manager.
• Proven record of hitting sales and cost targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills, and comfortable working hands-on during peak hours.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and inventory control.
• Basic understanding of P&L, rostering and labour cost management.
• Good command of English. Mandarin is an advantage, to work with Mandarin-speaking staff and suppliers.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as the business needs.
• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented and focused on details.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day outlet operations to brand standards, making sure service is smooth, efficient and consistent.
• Lead, roster and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams to hit KPIs in sales, customer satisfaction, food cost and labour cost.
• Carry out and enforce SOPs for food quality, service, hygiene and customer experience.
• Recruit, onboard, train and coach staff, and develop supervisors and shift leads into future managers.
• Manage inventory, ordering and stock control with the central kitchen and suppliers to keep wastage low and prevent stock-outs.
• Track the outlet's P&L, sales and costs, and recommend ways to grow revenue and control costs.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and quickly to protect the brand's reputation.
• Keep the outlet compliant with SFA, NEA, fire safety, workplace safety and HALAL requirements (where applicable).
• Run regular outlet audits and staff performance reviews, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Help with new menu rollouts, marketing campaigns and new outlet openings when needed.
• Act as a brand ambassador and model the company's values on the floor.
