PROMAX MANPOWER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets.

You will develop strategies to boost performance, profitability and guest satisfaction, while leading outlet managers and ensuring service excellence. The role requires strong budgeting, cost-control and financial forecasting abilities, plus a deep understanding of Singapore's F&B market.

Formación

• 8–10 years in F&B or hospitality, with at least 3 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit operations in F&B.
• Strong budgeting, cost management and performance analysis capabilities.
• Solid understanding of Singapore’s F&B market and consumer trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally demanding environment.

• Support new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions and service-enhancement initiatives.

• Strong understanding of Singapore’s F&B market and customer trends.
