A leading convenience store brand in Singapore is looking for an experienced retail manager to develop operational strategies and enhance sales performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a managerial role. Responsibilities include analyzing store performance, ensuring high customer service standards, and conducting regular quality visits. This role offers the opportunity to drive efficiencies and lead a dedicated team in a dynamic retail environment.

To develop and implement new operating strategies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiencies in all aspects of store operations and achieve operational excellence.
To maintain awareness of demographic and market trends in the retail industry, understand upcoming consumer buying behaviour and develop action plans to achieve agreed KPIs.
To analyze and discuss assigned store performance with store managers and franchisees and provide relevant advice on how to increase sales.
To follow through the control measures as required, maintaining optimal inventory variations within the stipulated set limits
To reinforce corporate merchandising standards to maintain professional and well-stocked image of assigned stores
To liaise with the Marketing Manager or Executive on campaign or event updates relating or affecting store operations and sales
To continuously inspire and sustain a high level of customer service within all the assigned stores
To conduct effective quality visits, minimum two times per week per store to ensure compliance with Company and Store Operating Policies
Be a brand ambassador in all business dealings even during informal sessions
To seek opportunities to share best practices and build pipeline for continuity and growth within the company
To coach and guide the team members to optimize their potentials in work
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the District Managers
5 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity
Experience in supporting sales targets and strategic planning.
Comfortable to travel to different stores in the same area on day-to-day basis (e.g. North)
