Job summary

WOH HUP (PRIVATE) LIMITED seeks an Architectural Coordinator to lead a site design team of architectural draftspersons. You will coordinate with Structural and M&E Coordinators to ensure timely issue of buildable shop drawings to the project site team.

Responsibilities include aligning drafting work with the Project Master Program, resolving shop drawing discrepancies, and ensuring design intent is communicated clearly to sub-contractors and consultants. Safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Architectural or relevant study
• Minimum 3 years of working experience under relevant industry

Responsibilities

• Ensure drawings produced by drafting team and sub-contractors are accurate and timely in alignment with the Project Master Program.
• Identify shop drawings discrepancies, buildability and impact on different disciplines.
• Relate design intent from architect / design consultant to buildable construction shop drawing.
• Ensure design intent on critical dimensions are highlighted; details are workable and coordinated with other trades.
• Liaise with architect, design consultant and sub-contractors on design intent and technical issues.
• Coordinate between architectural team and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings.
• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace
