Job summary

WANG FENG DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Architect to support site and project teams with detailed drawing review and coordination. You will interpret construction drawings, liaise with subcontractors, attend progress meetings, supervise submissions, and help ensure timely delivery in line with design specs.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Architecture with at least 3 years of relevant experience with a main construction firm, and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and

• Strong ability in interpretation of construction drawings
• Meticulous and highly motivated, good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Perform cross checking between architectural drawings & construction drawings for discrepancies and highlight to Project Manager
• Liaise with subcontractors on their works in accordance to design specification and regulations
• Attend progress meeting to assist Project Manager in technical and drawing issues
• Monitor and supervise architectural submissions to ensure smooth and timely delivery according to site progress
• Coordinate with site team and consultants to resolve design discrepancies and issues
• Attend site inspection to ensure works conform to drawing specifications
• Perform all other ad hoc duties as assigned
