Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architectural/Engineering/ Construction or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in building construction with emphasis on high-end residential projects.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and documentation.
• Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience coordinating across Structural, M&E, and ID disciplines.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Singapore PRs and Citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all architectural-related issues on the construction site, working to resolve any disputes or challenges that may arise.
• Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, and management to ensure coordination and alignment of architectural plans with overall project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with architectural specifications.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to architectural coordination activities.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with client, subcontractors, project team, and other parties involved in the project.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architectural/Engineering/ Construction or any other discipline related to Building Construction
• At least 5 years of experience in the building construction field, with a strong preference for at least 3 years of experience especially focused on high-end residential projects
• Able to read and understand construction technical drawings, detailing & documentation
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc.)
• Familiarity with coordination across disciplines (Structural, M&E, and ID)
• Willing to work on-site
• Open to Singapore PRs and Citizens only.
