Job summary

Daewoo-Dongah Joint Venture in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator (Architecture) to oversee architectural works ensuring compliance with approved design and specifications. The role involves coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to facilitate project progress.

The ideal candidate has a degree in architecture, 5+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Autocad and BIM, and knowledge of Singapore's codes and practices. Experience in LTA MRT projects will be advantageous.

Job Description

The Project Coordinator (Architecture) shall ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
• Coordinate and liaise with Consultants, Sub-contractors as well as with other technical departments (Structural, M&E) on the design intent requirements and raise technical clarifications for smooth progress of work.
• Able to plan ahead and lead / coordinate all subcontractors for architectural design works
• Relevant experience in construction company and consultant office.
• LTA MRT Project experience will be beneficial
• Good knowledge of structure and architectural details
• Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices
• Experience in coordinating construction projects
• Proficient in Autocad and producing construction documents
