Qualifications

• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Studies, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural coordination or building construction projects in Singapore.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and relevant authority requirements.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works to ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review architectural drawings, details, material specifications, and technical submissions to verify coordination and constructability.
• Identify and resolve interface issues by coordinating architectural works with structural, M&E, and other building services.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to address architectural and technical matters.
• Monitor site progress and workmanship to confirm architectural works meet quality standards and approved designs.
• Review samples, material submissions, mock-ups, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Follow up on site issues, defects, and rectification works to ensure timely resolution and project completion.
• Assist with coordination involving authorities and consultants related to architectural works as needed.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure that architectural works are properly coordinated and executed in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.

• Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, materials, and building finishes
• Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and relevant authority requirements
