Responsibilities

• Act as a software detective, identifying and solving issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
• Collaborate and manage the team, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to document troubleshooting processes and share knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
• Proactively identify potential system risks and recommend improvements to prevent disruptions.
