Job summary

NCS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions across client environments.

The role involves working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable, integrated ServiceNow capabilities. You will lead workshops, perform gap analyses, and guide best-practice adoption including App Engine and widget development. Candidates should have multi-year hands-on ServiceNow experience and strong scripting

Qualifications

• Must hold ServiceNow System Administrator certification and Application Developer certification.
• 4 to 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including ground-up implementations.
• Experience with ServiceNow scoped applications, scripting (client scripts, business rules, UI actions), and Service Portal.
• Experience with App Engine and widget development; AngularJS/JavaScript/CSS/HTML.
• Knowledge of integration with platform APIs and external tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Gather, review and translate business requirements into user stories.
• Design, develop, configure, test, implement and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Build test cases and conduct UAT with business users.
• Develop test plans and ensure quality standards.
• Support post-implementation tasks including troubleshooting and upgrades.
