Job summary

Esri Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Junior Consultant / Consultant in Professional Services to help clients turn geospatial data and ArcGIS technology into practical solutions. You will support discovery, configuration, data preparation, automation, testing, documentation, and handover across ArcGIS implementation projects.

Qualifications

• Strong GIS fundamentals and ArcGIS Pro experience.
• Knowledge of spatial data formats, coordinate systems, geodatabases, data modelling, and SQL.
• Proficiency in Python and version control (Git, Azure DevOps).
• Clear communication and structured problem-solving when working with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional services engagements: workshops, requirements discovery, configuration, testing, documentation, and handover.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clarify problems, workflows, requirements, constraints, and success criteria.
• Design and configure ArcGIS workflows according to Esri best practices.
• Prepare and process geospatial data using ArcGIS Pro, Python, SQL, and ETL tools.
• Publish and maintain map, feature, scene, and related services across ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Perform spatial analysis and modelling using ArcGIS and Python libraries.
• Automate repeatable work with Python, SQL, DevOps, and AI tools to improve delivery.
• Ensure data quality through validation, QA checks, and lineage-aware practices.
• Develop interactive geospatial products: web maps, scenes, dashboards, Experience Builder apps.
• Build knowledge across government, utilities, transport, public safety, environment, and built environment.
