Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Singapore is seeking an Application Group Executive to develop and introduce new products, processes, and packaging based on R&D technology. The role involves working closely with the factory and marketing team on process improvements and cost optimisations. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor in a science-related field with 2-5 years of experience in Food Manufacturing or R&D, and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Science related field (Food Sciences and Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, etc.).
• 2-5 years experience in Food Manufacturing/R&D.
• Able to take initiative and work in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Successfully industrialise NPD, Raw/Packaging, InterMarket Supply projects.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards for Materials and Recipe Management.
• Optimise costs related to Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Product.
• Deploy new product/technology from R&D to operations flawlessly.
• Maintain workplace safety in compliance with local laws.
