Job Responsibilities:

• Provide ERP Project Implementation and Consultancy Services.

• Plan Project Schedule and Deliverables.

• Analyze and document customers’ business requirement.

• Identify, evaluate and propose ERP Solutions to customers.

• Setup and Configure ERP Solutions based on customers’ requirements.

• Assist in System Integration, Programs Testing and Customize Reports.

• Conduct Software Training and Coaching.

• Work with team members in delivering solutions.

• Provide post-implementation and helpdesk support.

• Comply with ERP Methodology.

• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or University Degree in Accountancy, Business, IT or related disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience of ERP Project Implementation.

• Fresh Graduates are welcome.

• Must have product knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

• Must have implemented at least 2 Full NAV Implementation.

• Good knowledge in Financial Accounting.

• Good analytical and problem solving skills.

• Excellent consultancy skills and keen in building customer relationships.

• Able to work in fast pace environment and deliver quality work.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
