Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own customer success for Amazon Connect Decisions across APJ. You will drive adoption, monitor health, and own renewal motions, partnering with field and specialist teams to turn launches into durable, expanding relationships.

You will build and refine health scoring, adoption playbooks, and renewal motions, coordinating with ANZ, ASEAN, India, Japan, and Korea teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
5+ years of professional or military experience.
5+ years of working with Business Application Technologies (EUC, Supply Chain, CCaaS, etc.).
5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
Experience explaining complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end deployment and post-launch journey for Amazon Connect Decisions in APJ.
Drive adoption and value realization, monitor customer health, and lead renewal/retention motions.
Run quarterly business reviews and success reviews with partners and translate learnings into GTM improvements.
Own renewal and retention motions for partner-attached customers and surface expansion opportunities.
Coordinate success activities across APJ and partner with global CS owners to share what works in APJ.
