Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy and execution of APJ partner programs. You will sit on the APJ Partner Core Leadership Team and frame strategies and execution tactics that drive growth through programs.

You will run cross-functional initiatives with partner and sales teams, turning insights into clear programs, measurable outcomes, and aligning global priorities to APJ markets. Travel within APJ is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs.
• Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Demonstrated change management experience with sales and/or partner organizations.

Responsibilities

• Frame the APJ partner program strategy, multi-year plans, and annual planning inputs.
• Shape strategy from market signals, customer needs, and partner and field feedback.
• Launch and improve partner programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and customer outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Partner, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Service.
• Own change management for program updates, including communication plans and enablement.
• Provide data-backed recommendations and advise leaders on trade-offs, investments, and risks.
• Write and present clear narratives for senior leaders.
• Mentor team members and raise the bar on program management and operational excellence.
• Travel as needed within the APJ region.
