Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited seeks a senior leader to drive APJ Partner Core initiatives, aligning partners and AWS sales to accelerate AI adoption and enterprise outcomes across APJ. You will work with ASP, AGS, and partner executives, defining metrics and scalable programs while traveling 30-40% in the APJ region.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives from kickoff to measurable outcomes, advising CXOs, and creating playbooks to extend success

Formación

• 10+ years in partner/channel management, business development, GTM, product or program management, or consulting.
• Experience engaging and advising CXOs and senior partner executives on business strategy.
• Significant channel and/or distributor experience in partner management, business development, product marketing or program/product management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior-level executives.
• Experience driving innovation through a partner ecosystem with enterprise impact.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and deliver a portfolio of APJ-wide strategic initiatives connected to AWS partner priorities.
• Engage with CXOs and partner executives to align on business strategy.
• Quantify value of initiatives, set up reviews, and drive decisions based on results.
• Identify scalable initiatives and document playbooks for wider adoption.
• Partner with regional/global teams to scale initiatives beyond APJ.
• Define and deliver the APJ go-to-market strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Travel 30-40% within the APJ region.
