Job summary

Similarweb is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (APAC) to drive strategic outcomes for our largest enterprise clients across Asia Pacific. You will partner with clients to turn data into actionable insights, guiding their journey with the platform and ensuring sustained value and engagement.

You will operate in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise in SaaS and digital marketing to expand client relationships in the APAC

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role.
• Experience in SaaS, Finance, or investor-facing environments is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; other SEAsian language is a plus.
• Strong data interpretation and insight generation能力.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for your book of accounts.
• Provide strategic guidance beyond support across the client journey with the platform.
• Identify and mitigate churn risk with proactive interventions.
• Foster long-term renewals and upsell opportunities as client needs evolve.
• Develop deep product expertise across the Similarweb suite.
• Ensure clients see clear business value and engagement with the platform.
