Job summary

Cohesity is seeking an outstanding Enablement Specialist to join our team in Singapore, supporting APJ region. The role drives revenue by equipping customer- and prospect-facing sales teams with skills and knowledge to excel, and fosters continuous learning across the organization.

This role requires travel and English proficiency, with additional Korean and/or Japanese capabilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales enablement, training, or related field in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience in sales or technical sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and programs across Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
• Build structured learning paths and certification programs for product knowledge and skills.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, including certification programs and pitches.
• Maintain enablement content such as playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and product resources.
• Partner with Sales Managers to reinforce behaviors via coaching and education programs.
• Roll out product launches, GTM initiatives, and sales methodology adoption like MEDDPICC.
• Assist in administering enablement tools (Allego, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo).
• Gather feedback and measure impact using ramp time, performance trends, and rep engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align training with revenue goals.
