Job summary

Cohesity is seeking an Enablement Specialist based in Singapore to empower APJ sales and technical teams with practical training programs and scalable content. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Pre-Sales to accelerate revenue growth and drive product knowledge across regions.

In this role you will design onboarding, deliver live and virtual sessions, maintain playbooks, track ramp time, and optimize enablement tools like Allego, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales enablement or related field.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales enablement is preferred.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and programs across Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
• Build learning paths and certification programs to reinforce product knowledge.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and certifications.
• Maintain enablement content such as playbooks and training resources.
• Partner with Sales Managers to reinforce key behaviors via coaching.

• Gather feedback and measure program impact using ramp time and trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align training with revenue goals.

Cohesity is seeking an outstanding Enablement Specialist to join our world-class team. As an Enablement Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in driving revenue by equipping our customer and prospect-facing sales teams with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their role as well as foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Additionally, this role will partner with the broader enablement team to support enablement efforts.

The Enablement Specialist is based out of Singapore supporting APJ region. This role is required to travel and ability to communicate in English, Korean and/or Japanese to support the internal customers and liaising with external vendors.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

• Support the development and execution of onboarding and programs across Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales team
• Contribute to building structured learning paths and certification programs to reinforce product knowledge, skills, and methodology
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, including certification programs and pitch backs
• Help maintain and update enablement content such as playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and product training resources
• Partner with Sales Managers to reinforce key behaviors through coaching frameworks, ongoing education, and reinforcement programs
• Support the rollout of product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and sales methodology adoption like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
• Assist in the administration and optimization of enablement tools including Allego, Salesforce.com, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
• Gather feedback and track program impact, using ramp time, performance trends, and rep engagement to guide improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align training efforts with broader revenue goals and initiatives

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

• 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Previous experience in sales or technical sales strongly preferred
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC
• Experience supporting Sales Manager enablement, and ideally adjacent teams such as Pre-Sales or Channel sales
• Confident communicator and facilitator with strong project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
