Job summary

Cohesity in Singapore APJ is seeking an Enablement Specialist to empower our customer- and prospect-facing teams with product knowledge and selling skills. This role supports onboarding, certification programs, and coaching initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer success.

You will run live and virtual trainings, maintain playbooks and training resources, and partner with Sales Managers to reinforce key behaviours. Experience with MEDDPICC and AI-enabled tools is valued.

Qualifications

6+ years in sales enablement, training, or related field in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience in sales or technical sales preferred.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC and sales coaching frameworks.
Ability to support Sales Manager enablement and adjacent teams.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding and programs across Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales.
Build structured learning paths and certification programs.
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and certifications.
Maintain enablement content: playbooks, talk tracks, guides, resources.
Partner with Sales Managers to reinforce key behaviours through coaching.
Roll out product launches, GTM initiatives, and sales methodology adoption.
Assist with enablement tools: Allego, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo.
Track impact using ramp time, performance trends, and rep engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align training with revenue goals.
