Job summary

Cohesity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-country Professional Services engagements across APJ. Based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Malaysia, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, Partners, and Consulting to drive delivery outcomes and business results across the region.

This client- and partner-facing role requires strong commercial acumen, risk management, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in Professional Services, consulting, or tech delivery.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs across APJ.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-country Professional Services programs from initiation through closure across APJ.
• Develop service proposals and change-order scope in response to customer needs.
• Provide delivery and risk input into agreements and contract scope with leadership alignment.
• Represent the program and delivery team at regional customer, partner, and industry events.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Partners.
