Job summary

Datadog in Singapore is seeking a player-coach to lead the APJ Sales Enablement team and deliver key programs that equip the field for growth. You’ll build and empower a high-performing group of Sales Field Enablement Managers, coach for effectiveness, and drive live onboarding and ongoing training for sellers and sales leaders.

You’ll partner with the global Sales Field Enablement and Strategic Operations teams to apply APJ insights to global initiatives, shaping regional enablement strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in sales enablement, L&D or related field.
• Experience managing direct reports in a complex environment.
• Strong listening skills and openness to feedback.
• Agile mindset and ability to iterate quickly.
• High ownership and drive to help sellers reach potential.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and empower a high-performing team of Sales Field Enablement Managers as they deliver world-class enablement programs to the field
• Shadow, provide feedback to, and coach your team to ensure training effectiveness
• Hold frequent career and development conversations with direct reports
• Deliver live and virtual onboarding and ongoing training for sellers and leaders
• Partner with global teams to apply APJ insights to global initiatives
• Synthesize field data with Strategic Operations to shape enablement strategy
• Provide on-the-spot training, coaching, and curate workshops as needed
• Act as a strategic thought partner to sales leaders and champion enablement programs
