Job summary

Cohesity seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-country Professional Services engagements across APJ. Based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Malaysia, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, Partners, and Consulting to drive delivery outcomes and business results across the region.

This client- and partner-facing role relies on structured methodologies, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of multi-country Professional Services or consulting experience.
• Strong ability to develop service proposals, change-order scope, and contract input.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Japanese/Korean are valued for North Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-country Professional Services programs from initiation to closure across APJ.
• Manage program budgets, risks, and P&L performance for your cluster or region.
• Develop service proposals and change orders in partnership with Delivery leadership.
• Represent the program and delivery team at regional customer, partner, and industry events.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Partners.
• Mentor delivery and consulting colleagues across APJ.
