Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, field enablement, enterprise sales, product marketing, or related go-to-market roles.
• Proven success developing enablement strategy and leading large, complex programs from diagnosis through execution, adoption, measurement, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and major sales methodologies; experience applying MEDDPICC in enablement or sales execution.
• Executive presence and exceptional communication skills with senior sales leaders and cross-functional executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the APJ sales enablement strategy, roadmap, and operating rhythm aligned to regional goals and KPIs.
• Translate business challenges into focused enablement priorities and executive-ready plans.
• Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives end to end: diagnose, design, mobilize, execute, adoption, and measure impact.
• Develop readiness plans for product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and portfolio transitions across APJ.
• Embed sales methodologies and common language into enablement experiences.
