Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced enablement leader based in APAC to drive onboarding, skill development, and coaching for all GTM functions across the region. You will adapt a global enablement engine for APAC, ensuring content is translated and delivered across markets, with a focus on practical, live training and real-world customer scenarios.

You will partner with regional GTM leaders to scale a coaching standard, certify launches, and measure impact on field performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in GTM enablement, sales productivity or field roles.
• Built GTM enablement in APAC and worked with multiple regional markets.
• Experience in AI, developer platforms or technical products sold to executives and builders.

Responsibilities

• Stand up the APAC enablement rhythm across onboarding and live practice sessions.
• Adapt the international enablement portfolio for APAC and translate content.
• Partner with regional GTM leaders to scale coaching standards as the team grows.
• Own launch readiness for the region for new models or products.
• Design practice-first enablement with measurable field impact.
