Job summary

Menrva is seeking a hands-on operations leader to head APAC trading support, overseeing a team across Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Manila. You will own end-to-end support for broker- and trader-facing platforms, from onboarding to incident resolution, while driving automation and data-driven practices across the region.

You will manage Level 1–2 support for multiple asset classes, partner with Product and Technology, and own risk and compliance within the team.

Qualifications

• Solid L1–L2 support and incident management experience in trading applications.
• Credit products experience essential (bonds, CDS, credit indices).
• Hands-on ServiceNow or similar ITSM/workflow platform experience — essential.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across traders, brokers and senior leadership.
• Experience building and leading high-performing, distributed teams.
• Solid knowledge of Financial Markets, OTC products, and pre/post-trade workflows, with depth in Credit.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 1–2 support delivery across multiple asset classes and meet SLAs.
• Act as primary escalation point for critical issues and coordinate resolution.
• Build relationships with brokers, desk heads, product owners and senior stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration between support and Development teams to improve service outcomes.
• Define and improve operational procedures, controls, and support processes.
• Champion ITSM tooling and automation to lift service quality and reporting.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams on upcoming developments and readiness.
• Own Risk, Audit, and Compliance within the team.
• Manage, coach, and develop a distributed regional team.
