Job summary

KS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior leader to own APAC Production Support for critical trading platforms across Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, Energy & Commodities.

You will lead a distributed L1 team, serve as the escalation point for major incidents, and collaborate with brokers, traders, and technology groups to drive automation and improved risk controls. The role requires deep knowledge of trading workflows, strong people leadership, and a track record of delivering operational

Qualifications

• Senior experience leading Trading Technology, Production Support or Technology Operations in Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Financial Markets, trading systems and OTC products.
• Experience across at least one major asset class; Credit is desirable.
• Strong understanding of pre- and post-trade workflows.
• Proven people leadership across geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and incident-management skills.
• Track record of driving operational improvement, automation and change.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing, geographically distributed Production Support / L1 team.
• Own the operational support model for critical trading platforms across APAC.
• Act as the senior escalation point for high-impact incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal business disruption.
• Partner with brokers, traders, desk heads, Product, Technology and senior business stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration across L1, L2 and Development teams.
• Improve incident management, service quality, operational processes and stakeholder experience.
• Champion AI, automation and data-driven operations to improve response times, accuracy, productivity and knowledge management.
• Build a scalable support model across multiple asset classes and platforms.
