Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking a Head of Trading Venue Operations to lead asset-class aligned support teams across Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney and Manila, delivering an efficient, scalable end-to-end service for broker and trader platforms in APAC.

You will champion operational excellence, AI and data‑driven practices, manage risk and compliance, and partner with product, technology and senior stakeholders to improve incident response and overall service quality.

Qualifications

Degree educated or equivalent industry experience.
Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in financial services and OTC knowledge.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Experience coaching distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Level 1 support across asset classes with SLAs.
Build relationships with brokers, desks, product owners and senior stakeholders.
Escalation point for critical issues and drive resolution.
Ensure end-to-end support through to resolution.
Improve escalation and incident processes between teams.
Champion the use of ServiceNow and reporting for visibility.
Collaborate with Product and Technology on upcoming developments.
Ensure risk, audit, and regulatory compliance.
