Job summary

TP ICAP in Singapore seeks a Head of Trading Venue Operations to lead Level 1 support for broker and trader platforms across APAC. You will drive incident resolution, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven operations in a high-pressure, regulated environment.

The role emphasizes AI/automation adoption, continuous improvement, and scalable processes across five asset classes, with a focus on reliability and customer focus in a global market infrastructure leader.

Qualifications

• Leading Level 1 broker/trader support across multiple asset classes with SLA-driven delivery.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with brokers, desk heads, product owners and senior stakeholders.
• Champion AI, automation and data-driven practices to improve speed, accuracy and service quality.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to understand upcoming developments and ensure support readiness.
• Translate business objectives into measurable team goals and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Level 1 support across asset classes ensuring incidents and requests are managed within SLAs.
• Act as escalation point for business-critical issues and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration between Level 1, Level 2 and Development teams to improve knowledge sharing.
• Define and implement standardized procedures, controls and escalation processes.
• Promote ServiceNow and other tooling for visibility and reporting, with consistent adoption across the team.
• Ensure risk, audit, and regulatory obligations are adhered to by the team.
• Coordinate with Product/Tech to assess operational impact of new features.
