Job summary

TP ICAP MANAGEMENT SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Head of Trading Venue Operations to lead day-to-day, asset-class aligned support teams across APAC.

You will drive an efficient, scalable end-to-end support model for broker and trader-facing platforms, champion AI adoption and data-driven practices, and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels. You will oversee a team of 18 professionals across Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney and Manila, covering five asset classes: Credit, Rates, FX,

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven track record leading a technical support function in financial services.
• Experience driving service improvements and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Level 1 support across multiple asset classes with defined SLAs.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, desks, product owners and senior stakeholders.
• Act as primary escalation point for critical issues and drive resolution.
• Define and continuously improve operational procedures, standards and controls across products and platforms.
• Champion AI, automation and data-driven practices to enhance service quality.
