Job summary
KS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Trading Technology / Production Support leader to own a critical APAC support function for a global financial markets organisation.
You will lead a distributed Production Support/L1 team, own the operational model across APAC trading platforms, and serve as the senior escalation point for high-impact incidents. You will partner with brokers, traders, desk heads and senior stakeholders, driving collaboration across L1, L2 and Development while championing
Qualifications
- Must have experience leading Trading Technology, Production Support, Application Support or Technology Operations in Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems and OTC products.
- Proven leadership of geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent stakeholder and incident-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing, geographically distributed Production Support/L1 team.
- Own the operational support model for critical trading platforms across APAC.
- Act as senior escalation point for high-impact incidents and rapid resolution.
- Partner with brokers, traders, desk heads, Product, Technology and senior stakeholders.
- Drive collaboration across L1, L2 and Development teams to improve processes and service quality.
- Champion AI, automation and data-driven operations to improve response times and knowledge management.
- Build scalable support across multiple asset classes and platforms.
