Job summary

TP ICAP Group in Singapore is seeking a Head of Trading Venue Operations for APAC. You will lead a distributed team of 18 professionals across Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney and Manila, driving an end-to-end support model for broker and trader-facing platforms.

You will champion AI, automation and data-driven practices to reduce incident times, improve accuracy and resilience, while partnering with brokers, product owners and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional service across Credit, Rates,

Qualifications

• Demonstrable leadership of a technical support function in financial services.
• Proven ability to drive measurable service improvements and optimisations.
• Strong stakeholder management at all levels including executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 1 support across asset classes with SLAs and business expectations.
• Build relationships with brokers, desk heads, product owners and senior stakeholders.
• Act as primary escalation point, coordinate stakeholders and minimize business impact.
• Improve escalation, hand-off and incident management between support and engineering teams.
• Champion ServiceNow usage and other tooling for workflow management and reporting.
