Job summary

Menrva Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced operations leader to head APAC trading support, overseeing a distributed team across Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Manila.

You’ll own end‑to‑end support for broker‑ and trader‑facing platforms—from onboarding and trade management to incident resolution—driving automation and data‑driven improvements. This role leads L1–L2 incident management, builds strong relationships with brokers and desks, and collaborates with Product and Technology to prepare

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 1–2 incident management in trading environments.
• Strong credit products knowledge (bonds, CDS, credit indices).
• Hands-on with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 1–2 support across asset classes, ensuring incidents and requests are resolved within SLAs.
• Act as primary escalation point for business-critical issues, coordinating stakeholders through to resolution.
• Build relationships with brokers, desk heads, product owners, and senior stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration between support and Development teams to break down silos and improve service outcomes.
• Define and continuously improve operational procedures, controls, and support processes.
• Champion ServiceNow and automation initiatives to lift service quality and reporting.
• Partner with Product and Technology on upcoming developments and support readiness.
• Own Risk, Audit, and Compliance matters within the team.
• Manage, coach, and develop a geographically distributed team; optimise resourcing across asset classes.
