AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior partnerships and business development professional to source and manage APAC financial services partnerships.

You will lead negotiations, structure cardholder propositions, and coordinate with legal, finance and tax to move deals from proposal to signature. This role requires building relationships with senior decision-makers and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Source and build new financial services partnerships across APAC
• Grow existing partner relationships through campaigns, sponsorships, products and markets
• Develop new co-branded card propositions and market launches with regional cards teams
• Structure and negotiate cardholder value propositions and programme extensions
• Lead negotiations on new agreements, extensions and expansions
• Prepare business cases, revenue forecasts and financial models
• Work with Legal, Finance and Tax to take deals from proposal to signature
