Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or new business development.
• Proven track record of leading commercial negotiations and delivering measurable business growth through partnerships.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across internal and external organisations.
• Data-driven, commercially minded approach to analysing market trends, evaluating opportunities, and translating insights into business cases.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions while managing multiple priorities.
• Regional APAC experience preferred; English and Mandarin proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle for high-value strategic partnerships across APAC from prospecting through negotiation, contracting, and launch.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritise prospective partners using market insights and Expedia Group’s capabilities to develop compelling business cases.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and develop tailored partnership solutions aligned with partner objectives and Expedia Group’s commercial goals.
• Grow and expand strategic accounts by identifying opportunities to increase revenue, deepen engagement, and deliver long-term value.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to structure, negotiate, and execute complex commercial and technical agreements.
• Influence internal business strategies and collaborate across a matrixed organisation to deliver successful regional partnerships and strengthen the pipeline.
