You will perform advanced financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic assessments while working with senior leadership on the definition of winning, and executing complex strategic projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering with relevant experience.
• MBA preferred; investment banking or consulting background is a plus.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate development or M&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead portions of corporate strategy development, strategic planning, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
• Support executive team to define mission, vision, goals, and plan to win across business segments.
• Design, manage, and execute mid- to long-range planning processes for the company and units.
• Oversee due diligence, deal structuring, drafting of term sheets, and definitive agreements for M&A and JV opportunities.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to secure business opportunities.
• Lead advisory engagements and contribute thought leadership to senior leadership teams.
• Develop and present business plans to senior executives; conduct high-quality industry and competitive analyses.
