Wise Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking an ambitious Partnerships Manager to lead the APAC strategy from Singapore. You will build and scale partnerships with international money needs, working with regional growth teams to identify, negotiate and launch opportunities across APAC.

You will own the full lifecycle from outreach to negotiation, contracting, launch and optimisation, aligning with global teams and driving measurable growth in a fast‑growing region.

Qualifications

• Proven partnership success across APAC with measurable outcomes in customer acquisition, revenue growth or engagement.
• Commercial acumen in structuring and closing diverse deals, with ability to evaluate impact and invest wisely.
• Strategic yet hands-on: able to move concepts to launch and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the APAC partnership strategy across consumer partnerships.
• Own, optimise and grow partnership verticals with autonomy in collaboration with the global team.
• Identify high‑intent customer segments with international money needs across APAC.
• Forecast partnership impact and prioritize opportunities by acquisition, volume and LTV.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle from outreach to launch and optimisation, including contracts.
• Build scalable partnership frameworks that can be replicated across markets.
• Oversee end‑to‑end launch of partnership campaigns with marketing, growth, legal and product teams.
• Define and track KPIs for each partnership and use data to drive growth.
• Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with existing partners for renewal and expansion.
• Act as the local partnerships expert within APAC and collaborate with regional stakeholders.
