Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead client-facing pre-sales, implementation, and integration of advanced insurance support. You will join a global Consulting team focusing on the APAC market and influence product strategy while collaborating with R&D and delivery teams.

The role requires hands-on client engagement, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the region. You will become an expert on our products and technologies, supporting and shaping solutions

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on client-facing experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in international/global environments.
Degree level education or significant industry experience.
Willingness to travel within APAC and work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Executing client projects under the supervision of a Senior Consultant.
After-sales technical support to Asia-Pacific clients.
Conducting on-site and remote support.
Recommending appropriate custom solutions where required.
Pre-sales support to consultants and the sales teams including managing RFP/RFI responses.
Become a knowledgeable expert on our products and related technologies.
Developing relationships with support and development teams.
