Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an experienced consultant to execute client projects under supervision and provide after-sales technical support to Asia-Pacific clients, including on-site and remote assistance.

The role involves pre-sales support, building product expertise, and developing relationships with support and development teams across the region, with travel to other countries in the region.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years' experience in a hands-on client-facing role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt with limited information about a client or tech stack.
• Experience in managing client relationships.
• Experience in international/global teamwork.
• Educated to degree level or significant industry experience.
• Ability to work in Singapore and travel within the region.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and independently seek knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple client issues including tickets and projects.

Responsibilities

• Executing client projects under the supervision of a Senior Consultant
• After-sales technical support to Asia-Pacific clients
• Conducting on-site and remote support
• Recommending appropriate custom solutions where required.
• Pre-sales support to consultants and the sales teams including managing RFP/RFI responses
• Become a knowledgeable expert on our products and associated technologies
• Developing relationships with support and development teams
