Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Technical Consultant to drive client-facing pre-sales, implementation and integration of advanced insurance software across the APAC region. You will join a global Technology Consulting team and influence product strategy while collaborating with R&D and delivery colleagues.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in a hands-on technical role with client engagement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain and implement complex IT solutions.
• Experience managing client relationships in an international setting.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred (spoken/written).
• Willingness to work in Singapore and travel within APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects under supervision of a Senior Technical Consultant.
• Provide post‑sales technical support to APAC clients.
• Conduct on‑site and remote installations, configuration and support of enterprise software.
• Recommend custom solutions and manage RFP/RFI responses.
• Develop expertise on products and technologies; collaborate with support and development teams.
