Job summary

Zycus is seeking an experienced Presales Solutions Consultant to join our APAC team. You will partner with sales to translate client needs into tailored solutions, deliver compelling demos, and guide prospects through the solution evaluation process.

You will engage procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders across mid-to-large enterprises, stay current on product developments, and represent Zycus at events and webinars. Travel to client meetings and conferences will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Presales / Solution Consulting experience in SaaS or procurement software.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record supporting complex sales cycles and deal closures.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored solution approaches.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase Zycus' value proposition.
• Provide expert input during RFP/RFI responses and address technical and functional queries.
• Stay up-to-date with product developments, market trends, and competitive offerings in the procurement technology space.
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives, procurement leaders, and technical teams.
• Contribute to sales collateral such as presentations, case studies, and solution overviews.
• Represent Zycus at local and regional industry events, conferences, and webinars.
