Addepar is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our Singapore team. You will design and implement out-of-box solutions for new clients, onboarding sophisticated investors and onboarding data, portfolios, and systems with precision.

You’ll engage across Sales, Product, and Partnerships, applying your finance and technology knowledge to optimize client outcomes. Occasional travel, strong communication, and project governance are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience delivering solutions, implementation, or client onboarding in wealth management, fintech, or data-intensive environments.
• Familiarity with investment data, reporting, and portfolio workflows.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client onsite.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python preferred) is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across the APAC market.
• Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, and system configuration with precision, ensuring data integrity and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations and ongoing enhancements.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and become a strategic partner in helping them achieve their goals.
• Define and manage project expectations clearly across client and internal teams, balancing multiple time zones and priorities.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Addepar’s platform and its application to wealth and investment management workflows.
• Contribute to playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices adapted for the APAC market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success to ensure seamless client handoffs and delivery excellence.
